Behind the Covid-19 restrictions decreed to control the pandemic, the State institutions were forced to modify their production and services practices, sticking to home quarantine confinement. In this context The National Sports Institute (INDES) announced suspend presential sport practices in all areas: recreational, federated and high performance throughout the national territory. The article exposes the continuity strategy acquired by the leaders in charge of LaLiga Program, Values and Opportunity based on what is established by Toro y Carrillo (2003) and based on the postulates of the MACCAD methodology (2008), through which it was sought to evaluate how effective is the virtual work, starting from the level of experience of the participants in the use and familiarization with virtual learning environments in the socio-sports area. The results conclude that at the end of the virtual training, specific skills were installed in 91% of the participants. Adding value to the program and showing potential for future lines of work in the sports, educational and social areas.
