The Minverva Journal of the University of El Salvador promotes, supports and provides free, immediate and full-text access to all its content, under the principle of offering society its scientific and artistic academic production without restrictions, contributing to a greater exchange of knowledge in line with the principles of Open Science.

The Minerva Journal is free of charge and does not charge any fee for publishing, reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing and searching its articles.
