Abstract

The new challenges and horizons require a broad and arduous analysis, the bifocality of the male perspective plus the female one would appear as the solution to optimal business management, the inequality and gap in labor and wage participation, represents an obvious problem; In other words, in Ecuador women earn 15.96% less than men, in other statistics the participation of women in manufacturing companies is only 25.85% counting managers, employees and workers, which reflects a failure of the system. Objetive: To determine if female participation in managerial, employee and worker management contributes to the generation of economic-financial value of assets and capital. Methodology: the research methodology is through the fixed or random effects model, after evaluation of the Hausman test. Results: In an empirical and theoretical way, the contrast of female participation implies an opportunity towards continuous improvement, the statistician determined that women contribute minimally to the management of economic value in manufacturing companies. However, this is accompanied by its low participation in this sector, on the other hand, the turnover of sales is the variable with the greatest significance in the economic-financial value. Conclusion: The inclusion of female participation, although it is biased, would form new organizational and managerial ideals, with a tendency towards business and management improvement.
